Intelegain developed the bike servicing platform that provides customers greater transparency to B2C customers of their bike maintenance, viewing real-time status of each stage of their bike servicing. The platform incorporated several features including – Assisted Door-step Pick-up and Drop for two-wheelers, Inventory Management, Order Management, Customer Relationship Management and Referral Management.
